Blaise Beaulier
Blaise C. Beaulier was appointed Vice President - Information Systems for Northwestern Mutual, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 1, 2008. Beaulier is responsible for the development and support of application systems covering insurance products and operations, retail and institutional investments, field technology and compensation, and corporate functions. Currently, he is a member of the company’s Project Prioritization Committee and Technology Strategy Committee.

Beaulier joined Northwestern Mutual in 1988 as a programmer analyst in the Information Systems Department. His primary responsibilities included providing support for field applications such as sales reporting and honors, compliance and field compensation. He was promoted to the role of manager in 1995 and became assistant director with responsibility for the Life Product, Marketing, and Agency system applications in 2000.

In 2004, Beaulier joined the Corporate Planning department as a director of projects where he continued to mature the Company's portfolio management processes including the corporate project prioritization process. Beaulier chaired the Project Prioritization Committee for more than 2 years before returning to the Information Systems Department in 2008.

Beaulier graduated from St. Joseph High School in Kenosha. He received his B.S. degree in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and currently serves on their School of Business & Technology advisory board. He is vice president of the Waterford Youth Football program and chair of several active committees at St. Thomas Aquinas parish.

Beaulier and his wife (Denise) have two sons and their family hobbies include hunting, waterskiing, snow skiing and scuba diving.  
Partha Biswas
Partha Biswas is the Group President and Corporate CIO for Middleby Corporation, a global leader in the food service and food processing equipment industry. As a member of the Middleby executive management team, Partha is responsible for overall Corporate Strategy and global Information Technology functions. Partha also has full P&L responsibility for multiple domestic and international foodservice equipment divisions within Middleby Corporation.
Partha received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Colorado State University. 
Brian Dirking
Brian Dirking has been in the electronic publishing industry for over 15 years, formerly as Director of Business Development for Stellent, Inc., as Principal Product Director at Oracle, and now as Director of Product Marketing at Box. He speaks at many CIO and industry events, advising on issues around content management. Brian is Past President of the Golden Gate chapter of AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management), and was previously on the AIIM Board.
Dave Katauskas
As CTO, David provides the technical vision to support Geneca’s business vision. In addition to setting the tone and direction for the company’s technologies, Dave helps Genecians stay focused on success for clients, Geneca and themselves.

A 20-year software veteran, David has deep expertise across diverse industry sectors and government. His experience ranges from software developer, enterprise architect, and system designer to IT strategist and client partner.

In his role at Geneca, David focuses on defining and developing services, including Geneca’s Getting PredictableSM approach to software development. He also helps to sustain a workplace environment where Genecians can continually develop their capabilities, deliver value and push the boundaries.

As a member of Geneca’s executive team, David plays a key role in enabling the company’s service offerings and how technology is used to implement business strategy. David also serves as a bridge to customers and actively evangelizes Geneca’s capabilities both internally and externally. 

Steven Loos

Steven Loos is Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Wheels, Inc.  Steven joined Wheels in 2006 with more than 20 years of information technology leadership experience at United Airlines, Delco Remy International and Kellogg. Over his career he has implemented numerous client-based technology programs, enabling the development of systems and programs that are built to meet and anticipate client needs on an ongoing basis.  At Wheels he leads all technology development and management teams, including our client-facing systems, internal application, business continuance and systems infrastructure.  Steven has a BBA from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and serves on the board of directors for a Chicago area-based public school education foundation.


John Moon
John C. Moon is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Johnson Outdoors Inc., a leading global outdoor recreational products company.  Mr. Moon is responsible for the Company’s information technology function, and defining and implementing the company’s strategic use of information technology worldwide.  Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, Mr. Moon enjoyed a successful 23 year career at Baxter International Inc. and Caremark International (a 2002 spin-off of Baxter) where he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility before being named Baxter’s Chief Information Officer in 2000 and Corporate Vice President in 2002.  Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Moon held positions in the telecommunications and software industries.  Mr. Moon was named CIO of the Year in 2001 by the Association of Information Technology Professionals and was selected as a Premier 100 IT Leader by Computerworld Magazine in 2003.   Mr. Moon served as a Board member of the Global Healthcare Exchange, the leading internet trading exchange for the Healthcare industry from 2003 – 2006.  Mr. Moon earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, and holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University. He is an active member of the Society of Information Management and the Association of Information Technology Professionals.


Praveen Moturu

Dan Nottke
Dan Nottke is currently the Chief Information Officer for Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a 100-year old law firm with a history of providing exceptional service to clients around the world in complex litigation, corporate and tax, intellectual property, restructuring and counseling matters. The groundwork has been established for another century of superior legal work and client service.
Since joining the Firm in 2008, Dan has led the transformation of the Information Technology department from a decentralized team to a fully centralized Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based on a high performing organization. Amongst the accomplishments of Dan’s teams are building a strategy based organization, pioneering a world class IT vendor management solution, implementing a world class law firm application strategy and implementing a career path and career map planning.
David Rettig
David Rettig is the Director of Information Technology for the Institute For Study Abroad (IFSA), Butler University. IFSA provides programs for higher education to enable students to study at over 100 universities overseas. They are headquartered in Indianapolis with multiple offices throughout Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and Australia. David transformed multiple organizations with a “cloud first” strategy, including higher education, manufacturing, and engineering services. David has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management and Leadership.
Bob Ruf
Mr. Ruf is Managing Director of the Chicago and Milwaukee markets for Judge Technical Staffing, a subsidiary of The Judge Group.

Mr. Ruf has 14 years of experience in technical staffing and human resource consulting. Prior to Judge, he was a senior account manager for a leading IT staffing firm, where he successfully managed the staffing and professional development needs for various Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Ruf received his bachelor's degree in business marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
Sanjib Sahoo
As a CTO, Sanjib directs all aspects of information technology for optionMONSTER Holdings online retail brokerage, tradeMONSTER.com, and its financial media site, optionMonster.com. Sanjib has been with OptionMONSTER since it was founded in 2006 and was the visionary architect of our innovative, award winning brokerage technology platform. During his tenure at OptionMONSTER, he led and masterminded the entire technology brokerage platform which is now rated as one of the top 3 trading companies in North America and also the top options trading platform nationally by Barron’s. As a CTO, Sanjib also oversee software development, quality assurance, production support, hardware and network infrastructure and is also a member of the senior executive team. Being a leader, he strongly focuses on aligning the IT initiatives with business strategic goals while working within budgetary and timeline constraints. He has been engaged with technology for financial services businesses for over 14 years and have a wide range of expertise in technology management, architecture, open source platforms and design, project management and building real time trading systems. Previously, Sanjib has architected and built trading/financial platforms for XpressTrade (now OptionsXpress), Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Desjardins Bank and several other organizations. Last year, Sanjib was recognized as most innovative CIO’s in the CIO Magazine for innovation and collaboration in technology. Sanjib has also been recognized by AITS as a Strategic CIO for building a successful IT team and recently the Heller Report Blog interviewed him to know how his radical approach helped him in leadership development within the team. Sanjib has spoken at several events and IT conferences focusing on option Monster’s innovation in technology and how his right leadership style at optionMONSTER has build a successful IT team for the company . Sanjib has been part of various panel discussions and an active speaker at various Camp IT conferences  and other events. 
Parthiv Sheth
Parthiv Sheth is an executive with over 15 years of global IT management and consulting experience. He is currently the Director of Business Intelligence at Hyatt Hotels Corporation where he leads efforts to build and improve analytics and customer relationship management capabilities. He drove IT strategy, key initiatives and IT operations for finance, human resources, procurement and other corporate functions in his prior roles at Hyatt. He started his career at KPMG/BearingPoint where he focused on delivering business and technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Before joining Hyatt, he led the business systems department and managed a portfolio of applications at a national home improvement retailer. He has a Master’s degree in computer science from University of Illinois at Chicago and MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Tom Smith
Thomas W. Smith was the Chief Information Officer for NorthShore University HealthSystem (formerly Evanston Northwestern Healthcare) in Evanston, Illinois, USA, an integrated delivery network with four hospitals, more than 800 employed physicians, home care services, and a research institute. NorthShore has been fully implemented on an Electronic Medical Record since 2003 in its hospitals and in its employed group offices. In addition, NorthShore has more than 70 independent physicians using the EMR in their offices. The NorthShoreConnect patient portal has over 160,000 users. NorthShore has been recognized as being the first healthcare system in the country to have both offices and hospitals with a fully implemented EMR and one database.

Mr. Smith has more than thirty years of hospital administration and information systems management experience, including more than 20 years as a CIO at two different multi-hospital corporations. He is a member of ACHE, CHIME and HIMSS. He retired from NorthShore on October 1, 2012 after working there for 23 years.
William Swislow
In his role as Senior Vice President of Product and Chief Information Officer, William Swislow oversees all aspects of the Cars.com product and technology teams. He has guided the site's development since its inception in 1997.
Before joining Cars.com, Swislow held several roles within the Chicago Tribune, including interactive marketplaces editor. During his tenure, Swislow managed the launch of the company's first editorial website. Prior to his time with Tribune, he served as managing editor of the Society of Professional Journalists' Quill Magazine and of four alternative weeklies in New England. Swislow also spent two years as an editor at Dow Jones News Service.
Swislow received his Bachelor's Degree in Government from Harvard University and a Master's Degree in Journalism from Columbia University. In addition to his role at Cars.com, he operates the cultural website interestingideas.com.
Nag Vaidyanathan
Mr. Vaidyanathan is a senior leader with 16+ years of P&C insurance experience in the strategy, solution design, delivery and implementation of very large scale initiatives - Enterprise Application Integration, Reporting, Dashboards and Analytics capabilities, Electronic Signature, and overseeing multi business unit initiatives. I have been accountable for the budget, financial and non-financial controls, ensuring compliance and risk management in addition to delivery during this time frame.
My areas of expertise include the domains of P&C Claims Management, Product Management, People transformation, Human Resources and Skills Management, Inventory and Production Management, and Finance.

Jim Vaselopulos
Jim Vaselopulos is a seasoned business executive with domain expertise in Financial Services, Marketing, Manufacturing and Service Industries. Jim works closely with many firms to help align business needs and technology for competitive advantage. His many roles include Senior Vice President at PSC Group, LLC, interim CIO at several organizations and strategic business consultant to many others. His speaking engagements include regional executive events, various podcasts, industry organizations and technology-centric educational institutions such as the University of Illinois. Jim holds an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Marquette University.

Her experience is a balance of strategic thought leadership and proven results - including transformational system implementations, strategic planning and IT organizational development.
