David Goldstein is a Technology Strategist
at HCSC. He develops long-term strategies for major sectors of IT
infrastructure (data center, networking, storage) and for business units
heavily dependent on IT to deliver services (e.g., customer service.)
Prior to that he was Director, Consulting at Gartner, where he was at
for ten years. developing IT strategies, and conducting sourcing
processes and risk assessments. He earned a MS in Electrical
Engineering from Syracuse University in 1972, specializing in integrated
circuits design and performance analysis

Sandy Hawke
With over twelve years of information security
experience in various technical sales, consulting, and product marketing roles,
Sandy drives BigFix's product marketing strategy. Before joining BigFix, she
held senior product marketing responsibilities at Blue Coat Systems, Vormetric,
Nevis Networks and SenSage. Her background also includes hands-on technical risk
mitigation as she led field level engineering support for Cybertrust’s Western
sales team and was responsible for assessing customer environments against the
TruSecure certification criteria. She began her career managing network
firewalls for UUNET – one of the largest ISPs in the world. Combining her
hands-on experience with a real world business perspective, Sandy can provide
salient insights on optimizing infrastructure and security investments. In
addition to the CISSP credential, she holds a BA degree in Political Science
from the University of Delaware and an MA degree in Political Science from UC,
Santa Barbara.

Elias
Khnaser
Elias
is the virtualization and cloud computing practice manager
for Artemis Technology. In this capacity he draws on over 12
years of experience architecting some of the largest
server-based computing environments in the world. As Artemis
Technology’s virtualization practice manager, Elias advises
clients on all aspects of virtualization—from server to
desktop, all the way through application virtualization.
Prior to helping found Artemis Technology, Elias worked for
some of the country’s leading Fortune 500 companies managing
teams responsible for environments as small as 2,500 users
and as large as 14,000 users. In addition to his role at
Artemis, Elias is a recognized industry analyst, speaker,
published author, and frequent blogger at publications such
as InformationWeek. His publications include: VMware ESX

Professional; Exam Cram: Citrix CCA MetaFrame Presentation

Don Krueger
Don Krueger
is a
Senior Consultant of Virtualization at
GlassHouse Technologies, Inc.
He
is a twelve- year veteran of consulting and has more than
seventeen years of experience in IT. Since becoming a consultant, Don
has written a variety of different architectural designs for companies
ranging from in size from small shops to dozens of fortune 100
enterprises. Throughout his career, Don has focused on server-based
technologies and is an expert in technologies from Microsoft, Citrix,
HP, and Dell. For the last four years at GlassHouse Don’s primary focus
has been in server virtualization.

Natalie
Lambert
Natalie Lambert, director of product marketing
at Citrix, is responsible for the go-to-market
strategy of XenDesktop. In her role, she is
driving web based programs and key alliances to
ensure broad understanding of desktop
virtualization. Ms. Lambert joined Citrix in
2009 after 7 years at Forrester Research, where
she was the leading expert on desktop
virtualization, desktop management, and desktop
security. In that role, she advised clients on
technology investments and best practices
surrounding the enterprise computing
environment. Ms. Lambert has been widely quoted
in the press, including outlets such as The
New York Times and The Wall Street
Journal.

Edward
Moffat
Edward works with Oracle customers and Oracle
partners to understand the financial, technical,
security, social and environmental advantages of
Oracle's desktop tools. Leading the evangelization
of the desktop software products since 2003, he has
responsibility for the Sun Ray, Secure Global
Desktop, VDI, and VirtualBox and products in Canada
and parts of the US.
Edward joined Oracle
in 2010, and previously has held a number of
different roles and had assignments in Canada, the
U.S. and Europe with Sun Microsystems. He has
consulted on desktop security matters to the Banks
and Federal agencies. He consults to various
vertical markets in Canada and the US, and
previously represented Sun to the press, contributes
to various blogs, and speaks at a number of
conferences in Canada and the United States.
Edward came to Oracle
with significant strengths in the Financial Services
industry having previously worked at Citibank and
Bank of Montreal, and has been working to bridge the
gap between IT-speak and business-speak for over two
decades.

Oglesby educates enterprise IT
organizations and solution providers
on how to reduce the costs of
desktop management and accelerate
application delivery through
successful virtualization
deployments. His has years of
desktop experience as a Citrix
Technology Professional (CTP) and
extensive knowledge of Microsoft and
VMware virtualization technologies.
Before joining Unidesk, Ron was the
Practice Executive for
Virtualization Services at Dell
where he developed methodologies
that helped Dell’s strategic
customers implement their
virtualization and consolidation
initiatives. Prior to Dell, Ron was
the Director of x86 and
Virtualization Services at
GlassHouse Technologies, one of the
world’s largest independent data
center consulting and services
companies, where he oversaw North
American consulting operations and
directed a large team of engineers
on numerous enterprise
virtualization projects. Ron joined
GlassHouse through its acquisition
of RapidApp, where, as CTO and
Senior Architect, he managed the
professional services business and
developed unique intellectual
property for managing virtualization
implementations. Ron is also a
best-selling author of advanced
technical design guides for VMware
Infrastructure 3, VMware ESX Server,
and Terminal Services for Microsoft
Windows Server 2003. He is also
recipient of the Microsoft Most
Valuable Professional (MVP) award.

Nick Schmidt
is currently the senior manager of CDW’s Information Technology, overseeing
IT infrastructure Services. Mr. Schmidt’s organization encompasses
Telecommunications, Network Services, System Engineering, IT Security, and
Data Center Services. He is a 30-year I.T. veteran. with extensive
experience leading organizations ranging from domestically focused
operations to multi-million dollar global technology organizations.
Prior to CDW, Mr. Schmidt has served in multiple capacities in private and
publically held companies primarily focusing on infrastructure excellence.
With extensive experience gained from within major telecommunications
providers as well as leading consumers of telecommunications services, Mr.

Annur
Sumar is a Sr. Infrastructure Architect for Duff & Phelps. One of the
world’s leading independent financial advisory firms serving client
needs in the areas of valuation, investment banking and transaction
advice, and dispute consulting. Annur is responsible for planning,
designing, engineering and implementing the underlying technology
infrastructure for Duff & Phelps ranging from the Datacenter to the
Desktop. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Annur served as a Senior
Consultant for Unified Synergies, LLC a leading Technology Consulting
firm in the area of Strategic Infrastructure Design and Technology
driven Business Intelligence, positioning and designing strategic
technology driven process improvements for clients by aligning IT
Services, Engineering best practices, Operations Management, and
Helpdesk Support to lower Total Cost of Ownership and raise Return on
Investments. Annur’s most recent accomplishments for Q1 of 2009 at Duff
