Michael
Connor
Michael Connor is VP of
Enterprise Data Services (EDS) at QBE the Americas, the American division of QBE
Insurance Group, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. QBE the Americas is
headquartered in New York City, and is a $5B Property-Casualty company offering
P&C insurance products in all 50 states. EDS provides all technical data
services for QBE the Americas including database technical support, data
acquisition, data integration and data delivery. Mr. Connor has spent the last
15 years concentrating on data management both in management and consulting
roles. His data management experience encompasses all aspects including
management consulting, architecture, project management, process/tool
assessment, business intelligence, data quality, master data management, data
governance, data modeling and ETL process.

Rick has spent

Data Warehouses in the world. His customers

companies. He has also been a featured

Chris
Dinkel
Mr. Dinkel has over 12 years of experience
managing, developing and implementing
large-scale complex information systems. He has
extensive experience in all phases of the SDLC
of enterprise wide Data Warehouses, Business
Intelligence solutions, Custom client/server and
Web Applications. Mr. Dinkel’s prior
background; includes project management, ETL,
business analysis, design, development, and
administration of Data Warehouses supporting
SAP, PeopleSoft, relational databases, and SAP
BW/BusinessObjects systems. He has helped large
and small enterprise customers to build out
robust reporting and analytic architectures that
support operational, ad-hoc, and dashboard
requirements. Mr. Dinkel has built hundreds of
reports and dashboards that are in use around
the world today. He has worked in various
business verticals including finance, energy,
real estate, human resources, utilities,
telecommunications, and technology for
commercial and government organizations.

Greg
is a technology professional with achievements in small and large organizations,
from dot-com startups to Fortune 1000 companies. He is currently the Director of
Application Development for Q Interactive (formerly CoolSavings Inc.) one of
Chicago's premier online advertising companies, where he's responsible for
resource management and technology research. Greg also serves as software
architect for one of Q Interactive's business lines. He previously held
technology positions at CNA Insurance and Trans Union Corp.

Mike Kerrigan
Mike Kerrigan started his career
with 17 years of practical, real-world logistics expertise as
the COO for a Global Japanese company. In 1994, Mike
Kerrigan was part of one of the first mid-sized SAP
implementations in the
US. As one of the key client team
members, he was responsible for implementing materials
management and production planning, including all core SAP
modules and strategic corporate functionality using SAP’s
Profitability Analysis. His company became one of SAP’s top
client success stories in 1994. More importantly, SAP used his
company as the top reference site for future customers. The
implementation methodology used on his project eventually became
the SAP ASAP methodology. In 1995, Mr. Kerrigan was hired
to create a middle market focused SAP implementation consulting
practice for a Midwest-based consultancy. He overachieved in
this role, creating a 250 person, highly successful SAP
implementation group that won the prestigious SAP Partner of the
Year Award for three consecutive years. Over the last 15
years, Mike Kerrigan has been the executive in charge of helping
over 100 clients go live on SAP. In 2001 Mike was the partner in
charge of ERP solutions with a global consulting and operations
staff of 700 people. Mike continued his SAP implementation
successes for the last 15 years across all major industry
sectors. His combination of real world logistics/management
experience and SAP Global expertise place him in an unrivalled
position of value to our clients.

Duane
Lyons
Duane Lyons is a Partner of Infosys. Mr. Lyons has
20 years experience in customer operations,
business intelligence, and real-time customer data integration
(CDI) and acts as a subject matter expert in customer-centric data
architecture and strategies.
Prior to joining Infosys Consulting, Mr. Lyons led the open systems BI
practice of a smaller consultancy as well as leading several key
accounts within the Managed Analytics competency. The Managed Analytics
competency acted as the “data” agency of record for clients such as
America Online and Estee Lauder and was responsible calculation and
monitoring of customer metrics as well as the design, execution, and
measurement of marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis. In addition, Mr.
Lyons has been a frequent speaker at numerous national and regional
marketing conferences including DMA conventions, NCDM, and DMDays in New
York.

Raj Rathi
Raj Rathi has been a
BI
Architect at Baxter Credit Union for the last three years.
He
directs and leads the
day-to-day activities of the data warehouse and data
analytics staff. Previously he was with
Morningstar Inc., as a Data Architect,
where
he managed a
team of SQL server developers.
At Deloitte Consulting he was a Data Architect and did
database
design, data warehouse design, OLAP design,
data
collection, and
data analytics. He has
an MBA
from the University of IL, Chicago and a Masters of
Engineering from India.

Skriletz
Richard A Skriletz
is a manager and management consultant with more
than 35 years experience working in large
corporate and start-up environments. His
professional focus is on leading the strategic
application of information technology to
customer-focused business operations, improving
operational performance, managing organizational
and technical change, and optimizing business
operations. As the global leader of the Business
Intelligence and Data Delivery practice for RCG
IT, Mr. Skriletz evaluates technologies,
vendors, and market trends and works with
customers to help them drive business results
with better managed data.

Greg Stam
Greg
Stam joined Cision in August 2008. As Senior Vice President
of Development, Greg has overall responsibility for software
development at Cision, the leading provider of software,
services and tools for the media and public relations
industry. Greg joined Cision from Platine Consutling Group,
a consulting firm that he founded and successfully managed
for over four years. Prior to Platine, Greg served as
Director of the Business Transformation Office for United
Airlines. In this capacity he was responsible for the
program management and benefit realization of the Bankruptcy
Recovery Plan and Best Practice Implementation. Prior
to this role, Greg held the position of Director of Airport
Solutions. In this capacity, he was responsible for
all airport information systems worldwide. Prior to
United, Greg served in Senior Director Positions at
Ameritech and US Cellular focused on IT Strategy and
Architecture. Greg has a BS in Computer Science and an
MBA from Chicago’s Roosevelt University.

Shaibal
Talukder
Shaibal Talukder is currently the
Director IS, ( Business Systems & BI ), at Elkay Manufacturing.
Previously he was Senior Manager, Database, Application and
Architecture at Zebra Technologies where he designed BI
strategies and solutions, which resulted in increased sales
revenue and improved quality tracking. At Danaher Corporation
he was Senior Manager, IS, and his responsibilities included
managing BI solutions. In the 1990s he had positions as a
database engineer and database consultant. He is currently
working on an MBA at DePaul University, has an MS in Computer
Science, and a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical and
Electronics.

Waldron
Dennis Waldron is the Director of
Rightpoint’s Enterprise Intelligence
Practice helping clients to maximize their
data assets. Dennis began his career as a
consultant working for Oracle Consulting
Services and Sybase. He has over twenty-two
years of IT experience as an executive and
strategic consultant for ERP/ Data
Warehouse/Business Intelligence
environments. Mr. Waldron is recognized as
a Chief Enterprise Architect with emphasis
on data strategy, data governance, and
analytics. He has managed advanced
technical and functional teams that analyze,
design, build, and run the ERP and
Enterprise Intelligence systems of expanding
organizations. His industry experience
includes pharmaceuticals, finance, consumer
packaged goods (CPG), insurance, education,
electronics & high tech, government, health
care, and manufacturing. In a technical
capacity, Dennis is recognized as a leader

unstructured data lineage, business & data

Yarlagadda
Sai
Yarlagadda is senior business Intelligence lead at HomeDirectUsa. She has
been working on SAP business objects and various data warehousing tools since
past 10 years. She has worked extensively on various dashboards and analyzed
company metrics to empower the business solutions. She is currently working on
expanding BI platform across the enterprise to make information readily
available to the users. Her experience spans in various industries from
communications, food & beverage, insurance, logistics and Manufacturing
industries. Sai holds a masters degree from Wichita State University, Wichita,
