Professionals, and authored two software packages. Richard is a certified:
Project Management Professional, Microsoft Certified Application Developer,
Black Belt Professional and has a Masters Certificate Using Project Server.

Jason Lee is a
Partner and Founder
of Maven Wave. Jason Lee has over 15
years of consulting and technology
experience. Prior to Maven Wave, Lee served
as AVP at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) where he
led pioneering engagements in providing next
generation global delivery efforts for this
leading offshore IT and outsourcing firm
with revenues in excess of $2 billion. Lee
was a founder and partner in Fathom
Solutions, a leading strategy, business
process, and IT services consultancy
acquired by Cognizant in 2004 for its deep
industry knowledge, quality clients, and
unmatched service capability. Lee began his
career at Accenture (NYSE: ACN) where he led
network solution and internet architecture
engagements.

Tony
McClain
Tony McClain
is a Client Partner at Geneca with twenty eight years of professional management
experience. Tony has enjoyed a very successful Information Technology Consulting
career since 1995 by adopting a strong collaborative leadership approach and
providing transparency and ‘value-added’ services to his clients. He has
managed projects from a team size as small as 4 people to playing a key
management role in programs with teams as large as 600 people. Tony devotes much
of his time to helping achieve business results through technology and helping
build Business/IT partnerships by aligning people, projects, and priorities. In
2007, he helped kick-off a Project Management Office Roundtable that brought
together several Fortune 1000 clients as peers to support a valuable exchange of
information, ideas and lessons learned. Tony has been instrumental in helping
set up PMOs in very large organizations for success. Before starting in
consulting, Tony worked as a Store Manager in retail foods for over 10 years.
His vertical market experience spans several industries including financial
services, healthcare, retail, and supply chain. He received his B.S. in Finance
from Illinois State University and his B.S. in Computer Information Systems from
DeVry University.

Mech
John Mech is the Vice President of Application Development for Océ
North America, Inc. located in Chicago, IL.
John’s team is responsible for supporting SAP ERP, Oracle’s e-Business
Suite, and a portfolio of web-based applications. John has been with Océ
for eight years, three of which were spent living and working at the
company’s headquarter location in The Netherlands. Prior to joining Océ
he worked for U.S. Water L.L.C., a startup company in Chicago where, as Vice
President of Information Technology, he had overall Information Services
responsibility. Prior to joining U.S. Water, John spent several years
with Aventis Pharmaceutical as Manager of Application Development where
he played a lead role in an SAP R/3, ERP implementation. John holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from

Munzoor
Shaikh
Munzoor is a senior manager and technical architect with West
Monroe Partners. In his role as a business and IT transformation
consultant, he has advised businesses on their technology
strategy and helped them achieve process and technology
transformations to reduce cost and remain competitive. As a
technical program manager, he has lead and managed large IT
transformation initiatives. With over 12 years of consulting
experience, his experience spans the Healthcare, private equity,
banking and logistics industries. He has architected, lead and
managed the delivery of both custom as well as packaged
solutions across multiple platforms.

Kiko
Stefanov
As Director of Program Management
at CDW, Kiko Stefanov is responsible for the
company’s IT Project Portfolio, Project
Management, Business Systems Analysis, IT Audit,
and Records Management.
As a Member of the IT
Alignment Committee, he aids in annual
technology planning, business case development,
and portfolio tracking and reporting. With
the PMO, he works closely with the major
business units to determine project priority for
the organization based upon business objectives,
project scope, key deliverables and timing. Mr.
Stefanov and the PMO also continue to maintain
and improve the IT department's SDLC and project
management methodologies.
Mr. Stefanov joined
CDW Corporation in 2002 as a Supervisor in
eCommerce before becoming Manager of the
IT PMO in 2005 and ultimately, Director of IT
PMO in April 2007.
Mr. Stefanov has
more than 12 years of IT management experience
in a variety of industries. Before joining CDW,
he was Senior Consultant at Technoligence, LLC.
and Director of Professional Services at
Practicity, Inc.
Mr. Stefanov holds a Bachelor of Science in
Computer Science from the DePaul University.

Steve
Susina
Steve
Susina has more than 20 years of engineering and marketing experience in the
telecommunications and IT industries and currently serves as Director of
Marketing for Laurus Technologies, a business consulting and IT solutions
provider based in Itasca, IL. Previously, he was Senior Product Manager for
UTStarcom's fixed/mobile convergence product line, and has also held various
sales, marketing and engineering roles at Tellabs and AT&T. His speaking
experience includes technology conferences around the world on such topics
as IT & business strategy, optical networking, compliance and identity
management and mobile communications. Susina holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh.

Anoop
Verma
Anoop Verma is a business technology
alignment leader with experience both in
leading startups and as a corporate
leader. Currently, he leads a team
of project managers delivering
Infrastructure for Underwriting and
Operations projects at CNA Insurance. He
is also one of the leads for the
enterprise Lean program. Prior to this
role, he has held leadership positions
in strategy, consulting, program
management, solution and architecture
roles. Anoop holds MBA from
Kellogg School of Management, MSE from Wayne State
University and BS in
Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
He is active in community events and a
Charter member of PAN-IIT
Leadership Circle.

Randy Wimmer
Randy Wimmer currently serves as an
IT Portfolio Manager at Allstate Insurance Company. In this
capacity he is responsible for maintaining a portfolio view of
demand, supply and delivery management for a large IT area which
enables their delivery of strategically aligned IT projects. He
is also helping Allstate Technology & Operations (ATO) adopt IT
portfolio management best practices by establishing an IT
Portfolio Management Community of Practice. Randy joined
Allstate in 2001 to provide project and process management in
the implementation of the Multi-Access Integration initiative
(get quotes and purchase insurance through Allstate.com and
1-800-Allstate). Over the last 7 years Randy has worked in
several ATO area PMOs implementing portfolio and project
management best practices including the Capability Maturity
Model-SW. His background includes 12 years in Public & Corporate
Accounting and 12 years in Technology in corporate and
consulting settings. Randy holds an undergraduate degree in
Accounting and has successfully achieved certifications as a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Software Quality
Analyst (CSQA).
