Tom Coleman
Tom
Coleman has worked successfully at many organizational levels in
information technology and in user disciplines. He has a detailed
understanding of strategic planning, process improvement, technical
systems strategies, and manufacturing. Tom has worked in various
manufacturing positions leading to the position of Director of
World-Wide Materials. In the information technology area, he has held
positions such as Business Systems Analyst, Director of IS, Vice
President of IT, and Chief Information Officer. Tom has led six
enterprise-wide systems implementations and he currently holds the
position of Chief Information and Process Officer at the Sloan Valve
Company in
Franklin Park,
IL. He is responsible for the Information
Technology Group, Sloan’s process improvement initiative, and Tom
facilitates Sloan’s strategic planning process. Tom holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration from a small college in
San Diego.

Santosh
Dave
Santosh Dave joined Viant as
Senior Vice President of Information Technology in April
2008. He is responsible for the leadership and development
of Viant’s entire information technology division, including
both internal (support, systems, engineering, telecom) and
external (claims processing, provider data management, rate
and fee schedules) functions. Santosh has a successful
track record forging strategic partnerships between IT and
business organizations to develop and implement practical
and effective solutions. He joined Viant from Wells Fargo’s
Home Mortgage division, where he was responsible for
systems, technology and security for more than 3,200
facilities. He’s also held IT leadership positions with GE,
Sprint, Freightquote and two IT consulting practices in
India. Santosh has an engineering background and
completed post-graduate management work in India. In
addition to several technical and project management
certifications, he is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Mark Griesbaum
Mark H. Griesbaum joined Cardean Learning Group on 3/17/08 as its
Chief Information Officer. Prior to Cardean, Mark was Chief Information Officer
at Career Education Corporation from March 2000 – March 2008. Mr. Griesbaum’s
award-winning leadership was recently recognized by Computerworld Magazine,
where he was recognized as one of Computerworld’s “Premier 100 IT Leaders 2006.”
His appointment as CIO of Career Education Corporation marked his first position
in the education industry. Mr. Griesbaum led a staff of over 220 professionals
that work closely with the Presidents and staff at Career Education
Corporation’s 80+ schools around the world. His group strategically put in place
a common worldwide infrastructure, including a common set of business
applications, and a focused competency on how to integrate new acquisitions, and
start up schools into this fast paced growth company’s technology. Mr.
Griesbaum joined Career Education Corporation from Acxiom Corporation, where he
managed its two largest outsourcing account relationships – Waste Management,
Inc. and Montgomery Ward. Significant business impact projects were delivered on
time with no interruption to the operations of these companies. Prior to Acxiom,
he spent eight years with Heller Financial, most recently as vice president
responsible for all infrastructure services. At Heller, Mr. Griesbaum
re-energized the company’s entire financial function, conceiving and
implementing a major financial system and process that dramatically reduced the
close of monthly financial reporting from 14 days to 2 days. Before
joining Heller, Mr. Griesbaum spent 12 years at Continental Bank, where he was
responsible for all technology support for the bank’s cash management products.
Extremely critical banking systems were managed by Mr. Griesbaum, including
those used for transmitting $40 billion in wire transfers each day and managing
$40 billion in trust assets. Mr. Griesbaum received his Master of Business
Administration in Finance from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, and his
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from the University of
Dayton, Dayton Ohio.

Praveen Gupta
Praveen Gupta, President of Accelper Consulting, Editor-in-Chief
of International Journal of Innovation Science, and the author
of Business Innovation in the 21st Century will be addressing
these issues. Praveen has been a recognized thought leader in
excellence and innovation areas. He has given keynote addresses
in several countries and cities across USA.
Praveen teaches Operations Management at DePaul University,
and Business Innovation at Illinois Institute of Technolgoy, and
is the lead architect of the Certified Business Innovator
program. In his past life, Praveen had been the CEO of
www.ezbol.com, a supply-chain company in the dotcom
era. Praveen holds MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering
from IIT, Chicago. Prior to founding Accelper Consulting,
Praveen worked at Motorola and AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Bill Haser
H. William Haser is vice
president and chief information officer, Tenneco. In this role, Haser has
responsibility for the company's global information technology operations. He
reports to the CFO, and serves on the Tenneco senior management team.
Haser was appointed vice president and CIO for Tenneco American businesses in
1998 and was named to his current position in 2002. From 1995 until 1998, Mr.
Haser served as vice president and CIO of Tenneco Packaging. Since joining
Tenneco Inc. in 1983 as a business analyst, Mr. Haser has served as assistant to
the CEO of Tenneco Packaging; production and manufacturing manager in specialty
packaging; plant general manager in molded fiber and controller for paperboard.
Mr. Haser is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of
Management, and holds a BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University.

Mark Hattas
Mark Hattas is the CEO and Founder of
Geneca, one of Chicagoland’s most respected IT services firms. He
is a charismatic leader widely respected for his commitment to his
clients, employees, and community. Mark and his team at Geneca

Mark is a member of the Chicagoland

Fast 500, Inc. 5000, and 101 Best & Brightest Places awards. Mark
is a published author and invited speaker on topics such as
Generational Theory, sales methodology and the role of IT in
delivering business value.

Phil McEntee
Phil is a founding member, co-developer, managing principal and lead facilitator
for Technology Executive Network, Inc., a for profit organization of Chief
Information Officers of leading companies in the Chicago area, established in
1997. Prior to his current responsibilities with Technology Executive
Network, Phil held a number of progressively more responsible management
positions in accounting and finance with Fashionaire Apparel, Inc. (a subsidiary
of Hartmarx Corp.), a leading manufacturer and distributor of tailored career
apparel and uniforms marketed primarily to the fast food and transportation
industry Fortune 500 accounts, where he was promoted to Vice President of
Finance. Prior to joining Fashionaire Apparel, Inc., Phil was a Senior
Internal Auditor for Hart Schaffer & Marx Corporation (now Hartmarx Corp.) where
he served as lead auditor for financial and operational audits of the retail and
manufacturing subsidiaries. Phil received his BA in Accounting & Business
Administration from Augustana College and in 1984 passed the CPA Exam. He
completed several MBA courses at University of Illinois, Chicago. Phil completed
the TDG, Inc. Leadership Learning Forum in 2002. Phil and his wife, Lisa, live
in Naperville, IL with their daughter.

John Moon
John C. Moon is the Vice
President and Chief Information Officer of Johnson Outdoors Inc., a
leading global outdoor recreational products company. Mr. Moon is
responsible for the Company’s information technology function, and
defining and implementing the company’s strategic use of information
technology worldwide. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, Mr. Moon
enjoyed a successful 23 year career at Baxter International Inc. and
Caremark International (a 2002 spin-off of Baxter) where he held a
variety of positions of increasing responsibility before being named
Baxter’s Chief Information Officer in 2000 and Corporate Vice President
in 2002. Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Moon held positions in the
telecommunications and software industries. Mr. Moon was named CIO
of the Year in 2001 by the Association of Information Technology
Professionals and was selected as a Premier 100 IT Leader by
Computerworld Magazine in 2003. Mr. Moon served as a Board member of
the Global Healthcare Exchange, the leading internet trading exchange
for the Healthcare industry from 2003 – 2006.
Mr. Moon earned a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, and holds a Master’s
Degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois
University. He is an active member of the Society of Information
Management and the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

Bruce G.
Schinelli
Bruce Schinelli joined TTX as the Vice President
Information Technology and Chief Information Officer on September 26, 2006. The
Information Technology (I.T.) Department delivers information and communication
services and systems that support TTX and its business partners throughout the
rail industry. Computer technology has long been essential to the company's
operations, permitting TTX to track each car, determine responsibility for car
hire payments, monitor the movement of cars to and from maintenance shops,
record the maintenance history of each car and manage the multilevel fleet. The
department works closely with other departments to deliver innovative
Internet-based applications and services. I.T. supports an extensive private
network connecting headquarters with repair shops, field maintenance operations,
regional distribution centers and key business partners. Prior to joining
TTX, Mr. Schinelli had been Vice President of Rail Systems for Wachovia
Corporation/First Union Rail where he was responsible for the strategic
development of the computer systems for several of the businesses within
Wachovia including their railroad fleet. A graduate of the United States
Air Force Academy, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and
Mathematics and his Masters in Operations Research. Additionally, he has
completed the coursework for a Ph.D. in the Operations Research Program at the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 1992 he left the Air Force
and Joined the Association of American Railroads as Manager of Information
Systems with the multi-level Reload Project. When TTX assumed responsibility
for the Reload Project, Mr. Schinelli joined TTX as Manager of Operations
Research in 1995 and remained in that role until he joined First Union in 1997
as Vice President, Rail Systems.

Yvonne Scott
Yvonne Scott is Chief Information Officer
for Crowe Chizek and Company LLC. She joined Crowe in February, 2008
and is responsible for directing all aspects of the firm’s information
systems related activities. Prior to joining Crowe, Yvonne was Senior
Vice President and Chief Information Officer for GATX Corporation, a
Fortune 1000 NYSE traded company that specializes in the leasing of
long-lived assets to corporate customers. Her responsibilities included
the management of all Information Systems related activities.
Yvonne joined GATX in 1990 as Manager, Information Systems Audit and
held the positions of Assistant Director of Information Technology;
Director, GATX Chemical Logistics; Vice President, Integrated Solutions
Group; Vice President, Strategic Initiatives GATX Rail, and Vice
President and CIO GATX Rail. Prior to joining GATX, Yvonne worked for
over ten years at Unocal Corporation in various positions, including
internal consulting services. Yvonne currently serves on the board
of directors of i.c. Stars, a non-profit organization that trains and
prepares inner-city youth for careers in information technology. She is
also a member of this organization’s strategic planning committee.
Yvonne has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Northern
Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree in General
Management and Accounting from Purdue University. In addition, Yvonne
has published articles in professional journals, presented seminar
topics on third-party managed services, and served as a CIO panelist at
several conferences and seminars. She is a Certified Public Accountant
and holds a Certificate in Data Processing

Steve
Susina
Steve
Susina has more than 20 years of engineering and marketing experience in the
telecommunications and IT industries and currently serves as Director of
Marketing for Laurus Technologies, a business consulting and IT solutions
provider based in Itasca, IL. Previously, he was Senior Product Manager for
UTStarcom's fixed/mobile convergence product line, and has also held various
sales, marketing and engineering roles at Tellabs and AT&T. His speaking
experience includes technology conferences around the world on such topics
as IT & business strategy, optical networking, compliance and identity
management and mobile communications. Susina holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh.

Patricia Todus
Patricia Todus is Associate Vice President and Deputy CIO
for Northwestern University Information Technology. She is responsible
for the University information technology strategic planning and
established a planning process that has been in place for 12 years. With
a staff of 250, she is also responsible for NUIT operations. Prior to
joining NUIT, Ms. Todus was president of Northwestern Technologies Group
(NTG), a joint venture of Northwestern University and Northwestern
Memorial Hospital. As a consultant and director at the University of
Chicago, she deployed the first digital telecommunications system
providing technology services to the University and its hospitals. She
served as the corporate technology leader at several corporations. Ms.
Todus was the co-developer of a telecommunications degree program for
Mundelein College (now part of Loyola University) and served on the
faculty.
In April 2009, Ms. Todus was honored by ACUTA with its highest level of
recognition, the Bill D. Morris Award.
Ms. Todus earned her Masters of Management Degree from
the Kellogg School of Management.

topics.

Leslie A. Weber
Ms. Weber was
appointed Senior Vice President and CIO of TruServ Corporation in August 2003.
(In January 2005, TruServ became True Value Company) Prior to True Value,
Ms. Weber was V.P., Information Systems and CIO for Wheels Inc., a fleet
management and leasing company. She was responsible for applications
development, computer operations, technical and telephony services supporting $1
billion in Internet sales. The IT services group supported contact centers,
which serviced 180,000 vehicles and a network of 3,000 dealers and network
maintenance shops. Ms. Weber previously
held senior information management positions at Quill Corporation (a division of
Staples, Inc.), an $800 million catalog distributor of office supplies
(1998-2001); and Fel-Pro, Incorporated, a $500 million manufacturer of
automotive gaskets for replacement and OE markets (1986-1998). Prior to joining
Fel-Pro, Ms. Weber held positions in Information Services at The Square D
Company and Bell and Howell Corporation. She has completed the Computer Career
and LAN Programs at DePaul University in Chicago. Ms. Weber was elected to the
Board of Directors of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2004.
She has a BA (cum laude), in English,
from Boston College and an
MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.

Jim Vaselopulos
Jim Vaselopulos is a Vice
President for PSC Group, LLC of Chicago, where he is responsible for
managing strategic engagements with clients having eBusiness initiatives
and aspirations. Jim has been involved in Internet marketing
efforts since 1994 and brings a wealth of strategic planning and
business development experience to the process. Jim became
involved with the Internet in early 1993 at Rockwell where he managed
the development of several comprehensive and global web based solutions.
Since then he has worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, Orbitz, Echo,
Carr Futures, Cherry, and Omron on a vast array of Internet marketing,
eCommerce, knowledge management and web development projects. Jim
holds an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA
from Marquette University.

Ellen Woods
Mary Ellen Woods
is VP and CIO of Veolia Water North America. She leads the development of IT
strategy and its implementation and delivery. Veolia Water provides potable and
waste water management for municipalities and industries in North America. VWNA
is a division of Veolia Environnement, the world leader in environmental
services, traded on the Paris Bourse. 2009 is an exciting time for IT at
VWNA. Building on a completely new network and data center infrastructure, VWNA
IT is delivering a critical customer-facing billing system, implementing a new
ERP for Finance, Accounting and Procurement and standardizing closed-loop
control systems that manage and monitor business operations. Prior to
joining VWNA, Mary Ellen held a variety of IT leadership positions in the
Brunswick Corporation, Life Fitness (a Brunswick company), JC Whitney,
Smurfit-Stone Container and began her career at Inland Steel (now doing business
as ArcelorMittal Steel). Mary Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in
Government from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Public Policy from
the Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago. She is
a past President of the Notre Dame Club of Chicago and serves on the Club's
Scholarship Foundation.
