Rick
Dales
Rick Dales, VP Product Management, Proofpoint Rick brings to Proofpoint
over 15 years of experience and a strong background with proven
experience in product management and development. As VP of Product
Management for Proofpoint, Rick is responsible for identifying market
requirements and developing product strategy. Previously, Rick was
VP of Product Management at Fortiva, an email archiving company that was
acquired by Proofpoint in 2008. Prior to that, Rick was the Director of
Product Management and Marketing at PlateSpin, a startup focused on
utility computing tools. Rick also held senior product management and
business development positions at DoubleClick, FloNetwork and Symantec.

Denham
Bill Denham
has spent 15 years in the archiving space, with various
technologies covering content archival within the ERP, Document
Management, Email Archiving and Management, and File System
Archiving areas. He has held various consulting and management
positions with Eastman Kodak, Open Text and Hitachi Data
Systems. He is a graduate of
Lewis
University.

Mark Diamond
Mark is founder, President &
CEO of Contoural, Inc. Mark Diamond is one of the
industry thought leaders in litigation readiness, e-discovery,
compliance, archiving, data protection and ILM strategies and
practices. A
frequent industry speaker, Mr. Diamond addresses how organizations can
better align legal and business requirements with IT and storage
spending. One of the pioneers in the strategic storage services
industry, Mark has successfully built and grown consulting, education
and support organizations from inception to large, worldwide
organizations numerous times. Previously, Mark was co-founder of
Symantec’s (OpenVision) Professional Services group. Additionally, Mark
was founder and General Manager, Worldwide Professional Services for
Legato Systems. He was Vice President of Worldwide Professional
Services at RightWorks, a provider of business application software to
the B2B marketplace. He recently served
as Chair of the Storage Networking Industry Association customer
advisory board on data security. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from
the University of California San Diego.

Bill
Kee
Bill Kee manages product
marketing for Google Message Discovery, Google's email archiving
product. He has significant experience working with products in both
the litigation and high technology industries, having worked in
corporate litigation prior to Google, and in product marketing for
Google's Gmail service. Bill holds a B.A. from Columbia University.

Lawre nce Kravets
Lawrence
Kravets has over 12 years of Information Technology experience and is currently
the Manager for the Systems Architecture and Security Group at Banco Popular
North America. He is a technical manager for a four member team that is
responsible for systems engineering, enterprise messaging, enterprise
applications, and security technologies. His responsibilities include planning,
developing, and implementing work plans for infrastructure projects for Banco
Popular's North American Technology organization. Lawrence is an MCSE (Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer) with both Security and Messaging specializations. In
addition, he holds the professional designation of CISSP.

Dana Moore
Dana Moore is the
National Records Manager for Foley & Lardner LLP. She is responsible for the
firm’s national records management systems and related policy and procedure
development, documentation, implementation, software training and vendor
negotiations. She has particular expertise in records management systems
conversions. Ms. Moore implemented a new firm-wide records management program,
which consisted of deploying LegalKEY’s Records Management software in 18
offices, converting existing data, developing operational processes for the
firm’s Records Management Departments, and putting into practice standard filing
and classification guidelines including introducing new physical folders and
labeling formats. Since joining the firm in 2004, she has developed a national
records management team, including oversight of 74 staff members; developed an
administrative records retention program, electronic records management
procedures, and implemented a records compliance policy that includes document
hold procedures. Previously, Ms. Moore
served as Director of Records & Risk Management at Powell, Goldstein, Frazer &
Murphy LLP and as Records Supervisor at Troutman Sanders LLP, both in Atlanta.
She is a member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators.

Barry Murphy
Barry
Murphy, a widely renowned and distinguished archiving, eDiscovery, and records
management industry luminary, joined Mimosa Systems, Inc. as director of product
marketing. An industry pundit who has been featured in the Wall Street Journal
and CNBC, Murphy is perhaps best known for his tenure as a senior analyst for
Forrester's Information Delivery research group. While at Forrester, he provided
pragmatic and forward-thinking advice to global leaders in business and
technology, including Fortune 500 CIOs, to earn him a prominent reputation in
the industry. Prior to Forrester Research, Murphy was an analyst with the Delphi
Group where he covered content management, business process management and web
services. Murphy has also been a regular presenter at key industry events
including the Forrester IT Forum, AIIM Conference and Expo, ARMA Conference, and
LegalTech. Murphy received his B.S. from the State University of New York at
Binghamton and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Craig Nelson
Craig Nelson is the Director of Information
Technologies for McLean County located in Bloomington, IL. Mr. Nelson
has been with McLean County Government since September of 1997. Prior
to joining the County, he was the VP of I.T. for Personal Creations Inc.
in Burr Ridge. His background includes extensive experience in programming
and as an Oracle DBA. Mr. Nelson is responsible for guiding the
technological development and purchasing for all the County functions in
McLean County, including the property tax cycle, public safety services and
public health services. Mr. Nelson received his B.A. in Business
Information Systems from Judson College, Elgin IL, and an MBA from Illinois
State University. Mr. Nelson can be contacted at

Mr. Nelson resides in Normal, IL with his wife Bridget and their two
children.

Radke
Mr.
Radke is a member of Vedder Price’s Litigation Practice Area, and is
Chair of the firm’s Records Management and eDiscovery Practice
Group. He regularly counsels clients, including a Fortune 5
company, on all aspects of records management, including developing
and implementing enterprise-wide records retention schedules and
electronic communications policies. He has written and spoken
extensively on a variety of topics relating to records retention,
email and electronic discovery. His articles and comments have been
featured in the Chicago Tribune, The Review of Banking &
Financial Services and the Privacy & Data Security Law

Tedoro
Irwin Teodoro is Director of Systems
Integration for Laurus Technologies, and has been with Laurus since
September of 2007. In his role, he is responsible for leading the
team of engineers, consultants and architects that work with
customers on customized solutions to their IT challenges. He is
responsible for assessment services, integration of multi-vendor
solutions, and coordination of professional service projects.
Previously at Laurus, Mr.Teodoro served as Practice Manager.
Prior to Laurus, Mr. Teodoro served in various professional services
and consulting roles for Sayers, EMC, StorageTek, and Comdisco.
Irwin holds a BS in Business Administration from
DePaul University in Chicago, is a Certified Business Continuity
Professional (CBCP) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
He resides in Frankfort,
IL with his family.
