Paul D'Arcy

As Vice President of Marketing, Paul D'Arcy brings more than ten years of technology marketing experience to MessageOne. D’Arcy's key responsibility in this role is to oversee the company’s overall marketing program including positioning, product and program marketing, advertising, demand generation, analyst relations, and event marketing. Prior to joining MessageOne, D'Arcy worked for Austin-based Troux Technologies, a venture-backed provider of IT Governance software to the Fortune 1000, where he had responsibility for corporate marketing, analyst relations, and inside sales. Prior to Troux, D’Arcy held marketing management and product management positions with Perceptant Software, Trilogy Software, and Apple Computer. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Wesleyan University.


Patrick J. Cunningham, CRM
As Director of Records Management with Motorola Pat is responsible for Motorola’s global records management program.  Pat’s  has 20+ years of experience in records and information management. Previously, he was Records Management Strategist for Hewitt Associates. He has worked as a Web-enabled Technologies consultant with Whittman-Hart in Chicago and as Records Manager for Household International. He has also worked for the Archdiocese of Chicago and the Illinois State Archives as a records manager.  Pat holds a BA from Quincy University and a MA from Loyola University of Chicago.  Pat is currently Treasurer of Association of Records Managers and Administrators  International and is a Past President of the Chicago Chapter.  Pat is a frequent speaker on topics in Information and Records Management.  His articles, “Are Cookies Hazardous to Your Privacy?” and “IM: Invaluable New Business Tool or Records Management Nightmare” were published in the Information Management Journal


Mark Diamond
Mark is founder, President & CEO of Contoural, Inc.  Mark Diamond is one of the industry thought leaders in litigation readiness, e-discovery, compliance, archiving, data  protection and ILM strategies and practices.  A frequent industry speaker, Mr. Diamond addresses how organizations can better align legal and business requirements with IT and storage spending. One of the pioneers in the strategic storage services industry, Mark has successfully built and grown consulting, education and support organizations from inception to large, worldwide organizations numerous times.  Previously, Mark was co-founder of Symantec’s (OpenVision) Professional Services group. Additionally, Mark was founder and General Manager, Worldwide Professional Services for Legato Systems. He was Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at RightWorks, a provider of business application software to the B2B marketplace.  He recently served as Chair of the Storage Networking Industry Association customer advisory board on data security.  He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of California San Diego.


Michael Fahey

Michael Fahey is the Senior Director of File Services for Hitachi Data Systems.  He has been in high technology for over 20 years with the last 12 in the storage industry. His experience in storage includes selling and developing solutions with SAN, NAS, and CAS.  Michael was one of the early industry leaders in object based storage and active archiving.  Michael has continued to be a thought leader in the industry on how intelligent storage systems can utilize the rapid advances in search, encryption, XML, single instance, and many other technologies.  Michael was the Director of Product Management for Archivas which was acquired by Hitachi Data Systems in February 2007.  He has a BSEE from the University of Lowell and a High Technology MBA from Northeastern University.


Jay Friedman
Jay Friedman is the President & IT Risk Manager for Computer Security and Forensic Experts, Inc. in Palatine, IL.  Computer Security and Forensic Experts, Inc. was founded in 2006 as a Consulting Services firm focused on providing Computer Forensics, Vulnerability Management & IT Security & Risk Management Consulting services. Mr. Friedman's broad background includes over 10 years of experience in the IT Security and IT Risk Management Industry. His responsibilities encompass directing Investigations and Incident Response Teams, Managing Penetration Tests and Vulnerability Assessments and Creating IT Risk and Security Services. Mr. Friedman has worked as a Security and IT Risk Expert for an international accounting consulting firm, a major international Bank and for a large international Insurance Company. He holds key professional certifications such as the Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).


Russ Gates

Russ Gates is a senior business executive with 26 years of varied experience working with senior and board level executives across a variety of industries. Russ possesses extensive experience in business development, governance, enterprise risk management, new product/service launch strategies, organizational design and alignment, program definition and integration, team building, and performance management and development. He has a solid background in eBusiness and various aspects of information technology including overall alignment with business needs, program and project management, security and infrastructure management.  Russ was with Arthur Andersen for 24 years, most recently, as the Global Managing Partner of Andersen’s Risk Consulting business. Russ is one of the co-authors of “The Clickable Corporation” published in 1999.  He co-authored of Andersen’s Enterprise Security Framework and had content responsibility for Andersen’s involvement with the Economist Intelligence Unit’s 1998 study on “Managing Business Risks in the Information Age.”  Russ graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.


Matt Markham

Matt Markham, Director, Compliance Solutions Services for AXS-One Inc., works with customers to help them define enterprise strategies for archiving and electronic records management, addressing their operational, regulatory compliance, governance and legal discovery needs. A seasoned IT veteran, Mr. Markham has held senior application and solutions engineering positions at global enterprise lifecycle management and e-commerce vendors including Parametric Technology Corporation and Selectica.


Mark Samuelson
Mark Samuelson is a Senior Enterprise consultant that has been employed by Optimus Solutions for the past eight years.  Mark has been implementing storage solutions for the past 12 years for fortune 500 companies.  He has primarily been focused on implementing large storage systems for heterogeneous backup and recovery solutions, VmWare virtualization implementations, Highly available UNIX clusters.  Mark has implemented over a wide variety of Storage vendors IBM, EMC, Hitachi, DataDomain, Network appliance, Storage Tek and many others.


Steve Sullivan

Steve Sullivan is the Director of Information Technology and Chief Security Officer for Central DuPage Hospital located in Winfield, IL, with convenient care centers and physician offices throughout DuPage County. Central DuPage Hospital is the third largest employer in DuPage County and has been named as a Top 100 Most Wired and Wireless Hospital by Hospital & Health Networks. Steve's role and responsibilities encompass information security, business continuity and disaster recovery. His broad background includes over 20 years in the IT industry from computer/software sales, technical support, programming, product development, change management, project management, IT team management and regulatory compliance issues regarding JCAHO, HIPAA and PCI.
