Darrin
Anderson
Darrin is employed at Metavante
Corporation as a project leader for enterprise projects such
as Information Technology (IT) acquisition integration,
information security, and cost reduction process
improvements. Darrin possesses a unique combination of
project leadership, IT process improvement and IT governance
that has added great value to many organizations. Darrin has
completed advanced certifications in project management (PMP),
IT service management (ITIL), IT Governance (CobiT) and
technology (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). In his
past, Darrin spent over a dozen years as an information
technology consultant advancing from a UNIX/Windows engineer
to a project manager, governance coordinator, and a program
leader. Some of Darrin's clients included: Wells Fargo,
Liberty Mutual Insurance, The Bank of New York, The State of
Wisconsin, Oshkosh (Truck)
Corporation, and Shopko/Pamida. Darrin's experiences
in business continuity and disaster recovery include a
simulation for the State of
Wisconsin, and numerous data center disaster
recovery improvement projects for companies in the
financial, insurance and government industries. Darrin has
experience crafting disaster recovery business cases that
target a fine balance between cost and quality.

Brian
Bieschke
For over 25 years,
Brian Bieschke has held technical leadership, management and
operational positions with key organizations such as IBM,
Inc., Comdisco, Inc., Meridian IT Solutions, Inc., and
Dimension Data North America, Inc. Brian has worked with
clients to plan, implement and test disaster recovery and
data protection solutions across a broad range of products
and vertical markets. Brian is currently a Service Delivery
Engineer with UbiStor, Inc. UbiStor specializes in data
protection, storage management and hosting solutions. Brian
continues to utilize his DR expertise and years of
experience to help clients implement right-sized solutions
to ensure appropriate business continuity through sound data
protection and recovery strategies.

Jim
Cuff
As Vice
President of Strategy for Iron Mountain Digital, Jim Cuff's role is to
ensure that an appropriate business growth strategy is in place, and
that the company has a compelling technology and solution vision to
deliver on this strategy. Cuff joined Iron Mountain in 1996 as a leader
in managing the company's IT infrastructure during an explosive growth
phase (from $100 Million in revenue to over $1 Billion). He then assumed
responsibility for establishing & running the research & development
groups for the Digital Archives business. Cuff then assumed the role of
Senior Vice President of Enterprise Architecture, ensuring that
technology was applied appropriately to solutions to meet the long term
needs of its customers and the company. This included both the
evaluation of emerging technologies, as well as defining the technology
architecture for enterprise solutions. Prior to joining Iron Mountain,
Cuff has worked in IT in the financial services industry with
responsibility for networks, open systems, and desktop computing. Cuff
is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Finance and Computer
Science.

Rick Karmik
Rick
Karmik is an industry veteran, having been in IT for 33 years. He
currently is a Disaster Recovery Analyst at DeVry Inc. His current
assignment includes the implementation of a disaster recovery process, policy and
procedures. He also manages the relationship with the collocation DC.
Before his five years at DeVry, he worked for six years at Sears Roebuck Co. as
Project Manager/Leader, Intranet Web Services Manager, Information Technology
Technical Education and Manager/Consultant, and System Development Methodology.
He also worked in IT for JDA Software, Inc, System Software Associates (SSA),
Rank Video Services America, Walgreens Company, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Ben
Franklin Retail Stores.

Donald
Moore
Donald Moore is the Senior Disaster Recovery Analyst at PepsiAmericas.
He began working in the technology field in 1995. Combining
technology and business continuity skills, he has focused on technology
recovery since 1998, for ABN AMRO, Fidelity Information Systems, Bank of
America, and currently Pepsi Americas. He has been a Certified Business
Continuity Planner (CBCP) since 2004. Donald earned his BA in
Philosophy from The University of Illinois in 1995.

Dan
Schauver
Dan Schauver
is currently Solutions Architect with Laurus Technologies. In
his role he works with clients to understand their business
challenges and develop IT-based solutions for them. Dan’s
expertise includes client-facing work in storage and server
technologies, virtualization, data replication, data archiving
and recovery solutions. He was worked with a wide range of
Laurus clients including those in the manufacturing, healthcare
and business service market segments. Previously, Dan was
with Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, with various roles in their
information technology organization. Dan holds a BS in Chemical
Engineering from the University
of
Michigan, and resides in the Chicago
area.

Steve
Susina
Steve
Susina has more than 20 years of engineering and marketing experience in the
telecommunications and IT industries and currently serves as Director of
Marketing for Laurus Technologies, a business consulting and IT solutions
provider based in Itasca, IL. Previously, he was Senior Product Manager for
UTStarcom's fixed/mobile convergence product line, and has also held various
sales, marketing and engineering roles at Tellabs and AT&T. His speaking
experience includes technology conferences around the world on such topics
as IT & business strategy, optical networking, compliance and identity
management and mobile communications. Susina holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh.

Clayton Williams, Jr.
Clayton is the Director of Information Technology Audit for OfficeMax,
Inc. He has worked for diversified and multinational companies such as
Tenneco, Inc., Tenneco Energy, and Packaging Corporation of America.
He also was an audit manager and assistant vice president at the Bank of
Montreal, consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP and was the Corporate
Data Security Manager for Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Clayton
has a Ph. D., in Computer Information Systems from Columbus University;
and holds a Masters of Information Systems Management and a Graduate
Certificate in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of
Management. His professional certifications and development include
Graduate, Institute of Internal Auditors, Vision University,
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE),
