Bill Blount is Vice President of

Jeff Burrus
Jeff Burrus is Avocent's Midwest
Regional Manager responsible for all liaison between Avocent's
corporate offices in Huntsville, AL and their customers in 25
Midwest states. He joined Avocent when they acquired Cyclades
in 2006. Prior to Cyclades he served in a similar capacity with
Anritsu, LeeMah Telecom, Plantronics and AT&T. He brings 25+
years of experience in providing solutions for the enterprise,
telco and security industry. He has been a speaker to the data
security industry after having helped create the first call-back
modem Technology in 1981.

Lloyd Hemauer
Hemauer has more than 20 years
of experience in information technology. He has spent the past eight
years with Network General, providing consulting services and education
to a broad reach of Fortune 500 customers. As a systems engineering
team lead, Hemauer is focused on providing customers with effective
solutions that deliver views into application and network performance.
Prior to joining Network General, Hemauer worked for one of the largest
personal financial management firms in the world, providing consulting
services for a broad range of international customers.

Kim Jahnz
Kim Jahnz is a
Lead Network Engineer for Aurora Health Care, a nonprofit health
care provider in
Eastern Wisconsin. In addition to the multiple medical
centers and clinics
Aurora also provides retail pharmacy, durable
medical goods and hospice care to it's wide variety of clients.
Kim's current focus is on Systems Management for the entire Aurora
Enterprise, implementing vendor offerings as well as developing
custom solutions for unique needs. Kim provides direction in use of
current tools, in addition to researching future needs and
identifying functions that will be needed moving forward. As more
and more patient info is converted to electronic state the demand
for increased availability and serviceability is much more critical.
Kim's previous accountabilities include application and data
networking.

Joshua Prinsky
Joshua
Prinsky is the Director of Systems Engineering at Tideway Systems. He
has over 10 years experience in the Enterprise System Management
Software Industry, with stops along the way at Mercury, InfoVista, and
Visual Networks. He has spent his career working with customers to
design solutions to help better align their IT department with their
business initiatives. He has a BS in Physics from Carnegie Mellon
University.

Gregg Revak
Gregg
Revak is Vice President of IT Operations and Technical Support for FirstGroup
America (formerly Laidlaw), the largest private contractor of student
transportation services in North America. FirstGroup transports over 2.9 million
students to and from school every day with its fleet of over 62,000 buses and
over 68,000 employees and also provides metropolitan transit services and
maintenance. Gregg is responsible for FirstGroup’s North American IT operations
and technical support including the company’s enterprise data centers in Chicago
and Cincinnati and over 1,000 field locations across the US and Canada. Gregg
has over 20 years of Information Technology industry experience starting in the
late 1970s as a programmer. He has held IT leadership positions as Director, IT
Operations at ServiceMaster, VP of IT at Business Logic, Director of IT at AANA
and programmer and IT manager at Siemens-Elema. He has presented internet,
security and IT topics at conferences in Chicago, Washington, DC and Boston.
Gregg holds a CCP designation and attended Cornell College, in Mt. Vernon.

Steven Robb
Steven
Robb, Vice President and General Manager LaSalle Solutions, joined
LaSalle in 2004 with over 16 years experience in the IT and Networking
arena. Mr. Robb is responsible for the development of LaSalle's LAMP
product as well as operations and profitability within LaSalle
Solutions. Steven has been on the vendor advisory counsel for Cisco in
reference to service and contract management, regularly communicates
with Analysts such as Gartner in reference to IT Asset Management, and
has been regularly quoted in CRN and VAR Business magazine. Based on his
commitment to the Service/Contract management business Steven and
LaSalle Solutions have been awarded Enterprise Service Partner of the
Year for the Central region by Cisco and a 3 time Customer Satisfaction
Excellence award recipient. Prior to joining the company, his positions
included Sr. Vice President at Comdisco, Central Regional Director for
Westinghouse Communications and Fiberlink Communications. Mr. Robb is a
graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. degree in economics.

James Tammen
Jim Tammen leads CA’s Central Area enterprise
systems management team comprised of 16 sales and technology specialists across
the midwest. His responsibilities include sales, marketing and training for
CA’s Network, Voice & Database Management, Dynamic & Virtual Systems Management,
Service Availability Management and Workload Automation solutions. He joined CA
in May of 2005. Prior to CA, Jim lead the PATROL field sales team for BMC
Software across North America. Jim has over 10 years experience in IT
sales, product and personnel management. Throughout his career, Jim has lead
cross organizational teams to deliver products and solutions that meet IT and
business needs.

Daniel M. Vonder Heide
Dan
is the Director of Infrastructure Services at Loyola University Chicago. He is
responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the University’s
data and telecommunications networks, server operations, and client support. He
also provides leadership to the teams governing change management, budget
services, and performance management. Dan has led a variety of IT
strategic projects, most recently including: data center design and build;
identity management implementation; BCDR initiatives, including multi-campus
data center resiliency for the university. He also serves on the Staff
University Policy Committee, the Library Task Force, and the Information Commons
Planning Team. Dan received both his undergraduate degree and his Masters in
Human Resources degree from Loyola University Chicago.
