Tom Coleman
Tom
Coleman has worked successfully at many organizational levels in
information technology and in user disciplines. He has a detailed
understanding of strategic planning, process improvement, technical
systems strategies, and manufacturing. Tom has worked in various
manufacturing positions leading to the position of Director of
World-Wide Materials. In the information technology area, he has held
positions such as Business Systems Analyst, Director of IS, Vice
President of IT, and Chief Information Officer. Tom has led six
enterprise-wide systems implementations and he currently holds the
position of Chief Information and Process Officer at the Sloan Valve
Company in
Franklin Park,
IL. He is responsible for the Information
Technology Group, Sloan’s process improvement initiative, and Tom
facilitates Sloan’s strategic planning process. Tom holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration from a small college in
San Diego.

Marty Kurzinski
Marty Kurzinski is the
Director of Strategic Solutions for LANDesk Software, Inc. Prior to
coming to LANDesk, he was the co-founder of two companies, Enterprise
Computer Solutions (ECS) and NewRoad Software, Inc (NRS). His 18 years of experience in the IT, software, and technology spaces
includes vertical industry experience in health care, human resources,
and call center services. His areas of expertise include service management, software development and
project management, and he speaks extensively in areas ranging from
effective change control strategies to implementation of a high-quality
service desk. Marty is an ITIL Service Management Master, a
Gartner TCO Expert, and he has received certifications from LANDesk
(LANDesk Certified Engineer), Network Associates (Magic total Service
Desk, Gauntlet Security, PGP Data Encryption), FrontRange Solutions,
(HEAT and Crystal) and HDI (Help Desk Professional).

John Lojek
John Lojek is the
Director of Marketing and Solution Strategy at Appian, a leading
provider of business process management (BPM) technology that helps
organizations design, manage, and optimize their business
processes. His past experience involves hands-on work in the
federal and commercial space, consulting, developing, and delivering
technology solutions. Currently, he works with industry experts,
customers, and other BPM practitioners to identify best practices
and evaluate BPM-based solutions for various markets and verticals.
John is also the BPM Expert and a major contributor to the webinar
series at BPM Basics (www.bpmbasics.com),
an online resource center for BPM beginners.

Mark Mahre
Mark Mahre has over 16 years
experience in Business Process Consulting Services and IT
Enterprise-wide solution implementations. Prior to joining Optimus
Solutions in 2005, Mark was the President of Mahre Consulting, Inc., a
consulting organization with expertise in high level, strategic
consulting for enterprise-wide computing, such as business process
management and enterprise application integration. He has been engaged with over 30 clients
including Honeywell, Bank of New York, Lowe's Companies, SunTrust Banks, Bovis Lend Lease, ConAgra Foods, and ACE USA. Mark holds
certifications in Six Sigma compliance, Project Management and Business
Process Management. Mark has international experience with
creating process disciplines and modeling improvements for rapid
deployment workflow related to processes in operations, manufacturing,
information technology and multiple lines of business.

Rocco Petitto
Mr. R.C. Petitto III is a Senior
QA Architect for Compuware Corporation. He has held a variety of director,
program management, sales, and operating systems internals positions for
government, insurance, financial and sport science institutions, over the past
30 years.

Marc Smith
Marc Smith
is the
Director of Technical Marketing for Lombardi.
With more
than 20 years of enterprise software industry experience, Marc Smith
joined Lombardi in 2003 as the
Director of Lombardi’s Solutions Architecture team, where
he did extensive fieldwork with BPM users and customers. In January, Mr.
Smith joined the Marketing team as the Director of Technical Marketing.
Prior to Lombardi, Mr. Smith has served as a researcher,
developer, consultant, and architect at companies like IBM and Trilogy
Software.
